    Fall workouts

    Here are some workouts I do that are open to all you T4K-ers. Hope to see some of you out there!

    RUN: Mondays 6:30am, meet outside Gregory gym
    SWIM: Tuesdays 6:30am, Gregory indoor pool
    BIKE: Saturdays 8:30am, meet at Austinbikes (@ the corner of MLK and Guadalupe)

    This section of the board was active back in '04 but has since been lost to just the general mailing list. It's a bit more private and so that things can be dealt with "in-house". Set up a googlegroups of yahoogroups like last years group had.
