Here's the scoop....

The inside of the park (our normal 4 - 4.5 mile perimeter run) is do-able without causing trail damage. There are slick spots and attempts to do the run at higher speeds would be discouraged due to the slickness of the whole run.

The backside of OP (aka creekside) is flowing water. I tried to head up toward the golf course and didn't get far, even though I crossed the creek twice. I started on the Bandera loop via the far side of Leon Creek and got down the Off-Camber side of the trail as far as where you have to cross back over the creek where the big rutted flat rock is. It's flooded clear across there.
