How things change! We got a lot of rain overnight (stopped now), but the trail is soaked. Stay away!

Not perfect, but tomorrow might be decent. Didn't walk it all today, while working, but where we were was drying nicely. You're not gonna hurt the trail if you ride tomorrow, but you might find some slick corners in the shade. Wind has been whippin and we got a little sun. Rain stopped at 9am.

    Sunday morning update?

Leif, could you go walk in a flat part of your yard and tells us how soft the ground is?

just back from a lap with Buratti, Chuck, Nando et al.
Trail conditions are great. 3-4 corners with mud but otherwise totally fine.

By the time we rode (started about 2:30) the conditions could not have been better. Excellent job on the reroutes and bridges.

I rode yesterday and everything (except me) was in great shape. I was glad to see the bridges were in fine working order.

The rain we're getting today should help pack down SCroton's sandy bits. Which is good because nobody likes a dry sandy SCroton.

Glad to see you finally got to ride the trail.

It sure would be awesome if you could give an update late Saturday or early Sunday. I'm planning an "Easter Leg Hunt" (to see if I can find my legs after last weekend).

Did a little Sonrise Service on the trail this morning. Got sprinkled on, but the trail is fine. Enjoy the bluebonnets and Happy Easter.

The place was littered with burp flats, a little blood was spilled, it was humid, the trails were a blast, so good.
