The ARR will be accepting nominations for the 2015 Board of Directors from November 21- 30.
ARR board members are an incredibly dedicated team of individuals who give up significant amounts of their time and energy for the benefit of the local mountain biking community.

There are 13 board positions:
Officers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) Ė nominees must be current board members who have served on the board for at least one year.

Program Directors (KidTrips, Ride Like a Girl, Austin Mountain Bike Patrol, Trails, Club Rides, Special Events, Grants, Communications, and Membership) Ė nominees must be current club members who have been a member for at least one year.

General expectations of Directors:
--regular attendance at monthly board meetings and any special meetings as required
--regular participation in club activities including club rides, trail work and special events
--acting in accordance with the clubís bylaws, policies and procedures
--serving as an ambassador for the club with the mountain biking community, service providers, land owners, sponsors and other community partners
--ability to work as team member in the accomplishment of program activities and goals

All members with an active membership will be eligible to submit nominations. You may nominate yourself or another club member. If you are nominating another person, please speak with them to be sure they are willing to accept the nomination before you submit their names.

Nominations will be accepted only through the nominations ballot that will be sent to all active members via Survey Monkey on November 21.
