Question GPS Maps of Central TX Trails

Anyone with advice on how I can get trail maps on my phone or computer to use as maps during my rides? Prefer to use my iphone to get started instead of buying a computer.

    Thanks!
    B

Download Strava for iphone and start searching for trails. This is your best solution.

Yes, Strava...but sign up for the 30 day free trial. It will get you access to download GPX files.

So upon first look on strava, you cannot download maps from strava. Do you need to go online for those downloads?

My bad, I've got the premium version. Checkout this heat map by Strava, you can view different routes and trails.

As RMBL has posted, MTB Project is pretty current for Central Texas trails. If you want MAPS to go with them, you need to get something like Basecamp or Topofusion to display the GPX routes on. You can also use Google Earth.
