What model is this bottom bracket?

It looks like a Shimano, but no model number on it. The hollow shaft hole is 24mm, and left to right it measures 96mm+

I'm thinking of reusing it since it feels smooth. This is an Ellsworth 26" frame I'm building up.

Here's the updated version. Shimano XT BB-MT800 Bottom Bracket > Components > Drivetrain > Threaded | Jenson USA

What exactly are you wanting to know?

What crank to buy to fit in the hole and not have to return it. So far, the 24mm inside diameter is one thing that seems to match up and the 96mm across is probably easy to check as I buy a crank.

Yup, any crank with a 24mm spindle diameter. Bunch of options, but just get a Shimano XT M780 or M770 crankset and be done with it.

From Bikeradar: "Crank designs that will fit: Standard 24mm external type (Shimano Hollowtech II, SRAM/Truvativ GXP, Campagnolo Ultra-Torque, FSA MegaExo, Race Face X-Type, etc)"

Truvativ/SRAM cranks will NOT work in a Shimano BB. The inside diameter on the NDS bearing on GXP cranks is smaller than the drive side because the NDS has a shoulder on it.

Shimano BBs might work with Raceface cranks, but I am not certain of that.

I stand corrected. Weird that Bike Radar would have said that. You can buy a spacer for the NDS apparently, but I would just follow the first half of my advice. Stick with a Shimano crankset.
