    Hope Front Rotor

Ok. Here is the deal. I currently run Hope IS mount calipers on my Sawyer. Front and rear are setup as 160. The front is a leftover Avid rotor, and the rear is a 160 Hope rotor (not sure how that happened). But, in a recent parts swap, I obtained a 183 hope rotor that I want to mount on front to match up. So, is there such a thing as an IS 160 to IS 183(180) brake adapter. I have been combing the interwebs, and haven't stumbled upon it yet. Everything is IS to POST or POST to POST.

Look up Hope Part #HBIS20. I think it's an IS to IS adapter allowing you to fit a 20mm larger disc, which in your case is 160mm-180mm.

Contact James at The LBS in Conroe TX, jamesjiaxu@gmail.com
He can get all the hard to find parts from Hope and helped me out recently. Not sure how they fared through Harvey, but it's worth a shot.

I think it will cost you a lot more than $25 to have a good machine shop even look at making you one. Of course, if you want to buy 50 of them, you might get the price down close to that.

Can you really put a price on having matching branded rotors?
