    NBR: Surfing & Diving Related

I had a Nicaragua trip planned for Late July to Early August but their civil unrest has shied me away from there..the appeal was that I could dive & snorkel in the Corn islands in the Caribe then go surfing on the pacific coast..other than Indonesia or South Pacific (trying to avoid 24+ travel time, only going for 2 weeks) does anyone have any recommendations for something similar? Ive enjoyed Costa Rica, Hawaii, Roatan, Belize, Mexico, BVI, USVI & the Caymans in the past so Im looking for someplace new. Thanks

Does it have to be outside the US, and does it have to be coral? You could head to the west coast and dive in the kelp, should be surfing options too.

Also, it doesnít look too far distance-wise, but the flights might still be a pain in the arse- the Galapagos Is. have always been on my list.
