I've cleaned the BikeMojo Austin Voodoo forum of spam for the last time. I'm moving my biking forum time over to https://austinmountainbiking.com where I personally know the forum administrator and have worked hundreds(?) of hours with him on trail building and maintenance. I fully endorse AtariAge (Al) and his diligence as a forum operator. He's super-successfully operated AtariAge for mucho years and I have no doubt he's done it well.

I will be active on the new forum and hope for a mass migration. I've made some incredible friends, done some amazing things, and shredded some gnar trail because of my interactions with the COMMUNITY formed by mojo. I hope to continue that at https://austinmountainbiking.com

Is there goat news on https://austinmountainbiking.com? There should always be an option for goat news updates:
Nearly 100 goats mysteriously descend on Boise: 'No one is exactly sure where they came from' The goats have caused chaos and confusion while destroying front gardens

    https://twitter.com/CHueyBurns/statu...10276876423175
"If I ever launch a media company it will be strictly dedicated to goat news. I cannot get enough of goat news."

These goats ended up on the North Line in Brooklyn. Nobody knows where they came from, but they were tranquilized and sent to an animal sanctuary:

I'm sure if goats descend upon the Hill of Life, someone will post about it.

mine went to junk mail first. I know some forums don't like hotmail, as it's a known spam problem. you can PM AtariAge here if you need to.

I found that gmail had sent the confirmation email to their spam folder. I had to go dig it out of there.

I have been manually validating accounts for those who aren't getting the confirmation email while I work out some issues with the some mail being rejected by ISPs. Please send me a message here if you're having any problems. Those who are using an AT&T service (such as SWBell) are the only ones I've seen outright rejected (and I've already written them to get the IP removed from their "block" list), and I have to look at an issue with GMX. Other than that, it's just been some gmail accounts, and they sometimes deposit mail like this into your spam folder. Moving it out and marking the email as "not spam" will fix that problem.

I’d rather just make the changes to defeat the Spam bots! Mojo has been around for too long to just give it up that easy.

Real easy, 'cept for that niggling little factor of the the admin/owner with the keys to the castle can't be reached. Other than that, it is a cake walk.
