Too bad you weren't there last night. From what I heard (both during and
after the event), it was much more spectacular.

    Frank,

Good timing! I'm giving the shoulder girdle lecture on Monday to my Anatomy class. I've been looking through some of the resources I have (including YouTube) for pictures and video of shoulder injuries. I have a better idea though, you can just come in and demonstrate what you do! There's about a 3 foot drop from the stage to the floor, which seems to be about perfect height for you to recreate an endo/right face/shoulder plant. Who knows it might pop things back into place. I'll even let you stick around so you can learn about all of the parts of the shoulder you could have injured.

Heal quickly! At least this shouldn't interfere with you having beer and tacos at the TacoDeli fundraiser, right?

I still have real insurance for another 6 months, then I'll do COBRA, for at least 9.
dont do it unless you have a pre-existing conditions..cobra is a hijacking, you can get a better deal threw a private policy.

Thanks to the new stimulus package, I'll only pay 35% of it, for 9 months.
The original bill had it until I was eligible for Medicare, since I was an employee
    for > 10 years.

    I'll go private after that...

No joke. When the Mrs switched jobs we were going to go COBRA 'til she was eligible for the plan at her new job. I figured out the costs of a major medical policy w/a big deductible and it was way cheaper even IF I had to cough up the deductible. Luckily none of us even had a doctor visit in the interim.

Cobra has always been a ripoff, right now it's a pretty decent deal. You should end up paying about the same as you did with a regular employer sponsored plan. (For the 9 months)

what time were you guys out there? i rode from 5:30 to 6:30.
I was there at like 5:45-6:00. Did a short lap before the night ride. It was a scheduled ride, which I forgot to post up about. We will be doing an earlier Wed ride at 6 pm when the time change comes.

Oh yeah I had forgotten this detail: Once Iain and I got to him the first thing out of his mouth was, " Oh look, another quarter!". It made me pause, I took about 2/10 of a second wondering to myself wtf this quarter was. He was obviously delirious.

Glad to hear you are OK Frank

It was a really impressive fall - and even more impressive expletives. I couldn't possibly repeat them - there are kids that read this after all - lots of us

You certainly scared the s**t out of me. Man am I glad you rolled well. That's usually my job. Come to think of it, the last time we rode together was at Pace Bend. You were pretty much right behind me before the aforementioned endo picture. Hmmm - bad trend.

Glad to hear it wasn't serious my friend. Heal quickly
