    Insole Suggestions

I have never had a "problem" with my bike shoes but today in wearing them around the office (in an attempt to break them in) I have learned i might benefit from a bit more arch support. Anyone use something in their shoes they love?

    you might try this... pussy!

    Pimpjuice

It is the lifeforce of the Pimp.
It's the nectar of the Pimps. It courses through our veins all the time, and at some points in daily life it is at an exponential level. And at that point Pimp Nirvana has been achieved. Pachoota will fall from the sky and blowjobs will occur everywhere.

I use Superfeet - they are ok.

Specialized had some new wedge system that you could use ensure that you are not tweaking your knee in, and your foot hits the pedal flat.

They call it the Varus Wedge. I have been meaning to try and find something around the house to build my own wedge under the superfeet to give it a try.

Otherwise I would say to check out the running insoles. Sole, Superfeet --- superfeet makes a cycling specific version.

My toes used to go numb in one foot so I got some from BSS Central. I can't remember who makes them but they are clear and blue in color. They have really helped.

Seriously? The last shoes I'd ever want to walk around in would be bike shoes. They are not meant to be terribly walkable, except for occasional tricky spots where you need to walk up/down during a ride.

Other than that, I have no experience with insoles, other than using Dr Scholls gel for some workboots.

This is where all you fools are lost. Lakes are THE most comfortable shoes to ride and walk in.
they are not the perfect shoe for cycling if you don't ever have to walk. But when you do, they are the best.
