    Non Wrist Band SXSW Activities?

Anyone have tips? I may even take a day or two off work or just hit up night stuff...

Just never done any of it before and it all seems a bit overwhelming.

Park free at the state lots close to the capitol, then ride your bike down to Auditorium Shores (don't ride in the grass, it's full of stickers). You can stash the bike in the valet bike parking. Friday night should be a good night. Arc Angels are playing fo free!!!

Here's a list of free stuff.

The Flatstock poster art show is pretty cool if your into that sort of thing.

If you're looking for daytime events, go to showlistaustin.com to find the non-official events. Many have free drinks and food if you arrive early enough.
    Brian

You're the icing on the cake on the table at my wake.
You're the extra ton of cash in my sinking life raft.

    You're the good things.

Also, I'm sure Bottecelli's will have music in their beer garden. I don't know any details, yet.

Also, if you're looking to see a great surf, hillbilly, rock-n-rollin', chicken-throwin' band this week, Southern Culture on the Skids is playing tonite, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Continental Club. They are one of my favorite bands EVER! CalvinsBike, too!
