I have a custom painted Shiner Bock mountain bike that Shiner Bock produced to support the LiveStrong foundation. Only 300 were produced from what info I could gather from Shiner. They were used in displays in stores. Has all Shimano hardware, like shifters, gears, brakes, etc. Omni shock front forks. Has Shiner Bock logo on drop bar, Brewed with an attitude on top bar, and the signature ram on the front t. Pretty rare bike, hate to let it go but need money more than a bike right now. Bicycle ridden twice behind a four year old riding his bike so still in mint condition. Asking $600, if interested put Shiner in the subject box when you reply or I will delete it. Thanks.

It does combine 2 of my passions - beer and bikes - but I'm not sure it's worth 6 bills with an Altus rear der and an Omni shock...

$600? hahaha, are you fucking stupid?

That bike is worth, maybe $90. See those components? Those come on shit bikes, meaning your Shiner Bock bike is a shit bike.

And where in the world did you get the idea that thing is worth $600?

I make a decent side job living, hocking rare second hand widgets to yuppies and jewish lawyers... and i can tell you for sure....
of many different types of collectables sold ( completed value, signed, sealed ,delivered, ) on ebay in the past decade, Ive observed some of the highest resale value items out there are in Breweriana. Ive seen several very early edition "bud man" cups / flasks / mugs sell for well upwards of a large house payment. ( I almost tossed one in the trash once, that was found in an estate liquidation... )
ive seen a bud / horsies / poolhall light sell for similar. to just name a couple. .. that area of collectables ..if you search for the resale on items in that area, the money changing hands is enough to make you give up your matchbox cars, barbies dolls, morgan dollars, and baseball cards.. without a second thought.

some ill informed entry level Breweriana "investor" thinks, ill just buy that rare shiner bike and make a killing re-selling it to some bike enthusiast that loves shiner.... its GOT to be an expensive bike, or else shiner wouldnt have put a name on it !
a second ill informed Breweriana junkie thinks the same. " " on a 3rd, 4th, etc.
bingo, you have a bidding war. or an instant BIN.
its the same reason some people make a living selling second hand crap merchandise with a Porsche logo on it. Porsche cufflinks, Porsche lamps, Porsche pens, Porsche ties, Porsche coffee makers, Porsche salt and pepper shakers, Porsche shower heads, Porsche garage door openers, or stuff like, HELLO KITTY franchise GARBAGE found globally and, even all too often in this forum, do you get the idea yet ..I remember a rare hello kitty electric guitar once sold for $500+... in a guitar forum, it would have been a $10 piece of crap. .

That's too much!....but if they can get it?!

Once had a Shiner Bock bike - was not a clean as that one. It was slightly older.....cheaper part build also. Bought it off CL for ~ 40 bucks from someone in RR. For a couple years it was my SXSW, ACL fest., and Blues on the green bike Around six months ago - gave it to my neighbor .....He really digs it!
I now have a 2nd handle: zen amoebas, thanks boom box dude - brentb

I particularly like the "alternate" installation of the fork. I hope whoever buys this has a good helmet because they will be going OTB with the forks turned the wrong direction. This guy's a great photographer too, because he managed to get a picture of it even though it's "Still in box, never been opened!"

    Good stuff.
When you are a man, sometimes you wear stretchy pants in your room. It's for fun.

It also looks like it's in Sam's Club, not Ikea. Good stuff, as you say.
