If you say the fork is on backwards...you are wrong. The Manitou R7 has a rear arch

DT Swiss aquired the Pace fork business in 2006, which is why you see the reverse-arch design on so many European mountain bikes. DT Swiss is huge over there.

Also, I just snuck a peek at the Manitou site and all their current forks that have arches are now reversed...

Other than "because it looks different", does anyone know of a reason why the arch would be put on the back?
It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a mojo.

What about an arch on BOTH sides? Is that doubly better?

I am selling my Cannondale full suspension bike. great for the greenbelt as it has a nice soft suspension. size medium frame. very lightweight frame with a solid carbon fiber rear swingarm. it needs to have the chain adjusted since I never had it done after replacing the chain. it is rideable in current condition but has some trouble shifting. great bike I just dont ride anymore

    From today (5.18.2011)
    Texas Bragg 5x10 Trailer (Westlake)
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the A$#holes who stole my trailer on May 18th, 2011 from its Westlake location. I m presuming you're too hard up to go earn the money to buy your own. Pretty pathetic. Not that you knew, but the whole property there has security cameras. So, dont get too comfy with your new acquisition....Police have been informed, be waiting for a call! How bout you just return it to save some humiliation!

I see no need to flag this ad.
Are you attending the rapture on May 21st? I expect to be left behind when it happens, so if you aren't going to need your wordly possessions; be they money, cars, canned food, durable goods, ect; I would gladly take them off of your hands. Serious responses only, please. And remember, time is short! You can contact me by replying to this ad. I live in Austin texas but I am willing to travel for said goods.
Try to laugh it helps. That way if you get left behind like me at least you will be happy.

there's so much to love about this ad, here are a few:
    1. that people are still trying to unload these things.
    2. that people would still ask a ridiculous amount of money for them after admitting they got it free.
    3. that you'd construct a hardtail with 12 extra pounds of tubing just to get that fs look.
