I'm trying to imagine the benefit of jumping there. Would be sweet to have a banked bridge to rail it and shoot up each hill.

I think people of the wrong idea - this would be a table top bridge, not a gap jump...

    Think THIS, but bigger...

Do you slowly go off The Wart or launch it? If you launch The Wart then I think you'd appreciate a bit of air right after it. If you are a roller of The Wart, roll the bridge...or better pump it.

I'm trying to imagine how banking the bridge in its existing location would have any benefit - it's well after each turn - you go straight into it and straight out...like 20 yards before either turn...the only way I see a banked bridge being of use is if it was relocated about 20 feet or so to the south, thus also altering both incoming lines.

We have discussed an alternate line that avoids the bridge altogether, that might open the possibility of a bermed bridge...but the alternate like really wouldn't need a bridge at all.

I don't really care, as long as there's a bridge so I don't have to slow down. You pussies.

I launch the Wart at speed. I'm sorry for some reason I thought It was an angle and was thinking aabout something like the bridge on the wookie way because I always seemed to be coming into the skinny at an angle that I corrected at the last second. Chock that up to my inexperience with the trail.

I get it, riding at speed, things really do seem much closer together, but there definitely is a bit of straight line yardage between The Wart and the bridge and then the S turn on the other side...the bridge just seems to be RIGHT in your face, especially launching The Wart...that's the best way to keep that bridge challenging

We might be able to sell that if it's a roller.
    You volunteering to build it?

Hmm, might be able to do that... build it at home in 2 sections, then bolt it together in place... the trick would be measuring for that. Do you have a time frame?

I think the 'illusion' of a gap. I was thinking the same thing and think the simplicity of the table is better for approval and build.

Casey, you're fired. My tabletop ideal wins.

A bump in psychological thrill. Don't question it, just enjoy it.

Or we could fill the middle of Casey's bridge with dirt to give the illusion that it was a good idea.

"It would suck to fall off that thing?"

I've done that. It does suck. Stuffed my fork right up to the crown. Deception is the trail I learned MTB on. Built a bike heard there was a trail basically in my back yard and figured what better place to ride
