This Tuesday's Crank and Drank is going to be a big deal. We are going to pass the boot again for the Camacho Mountain Bike Team. More details here:

I believe we received a little bit of rain last night. Hardly enough to settle the dust though but I'll take it.
Here's quite a lot of it.
South Austin Trail Network
Find some of us on Strava.
won't you be my neighbor?
Does anyone have any trail conditions? I've been out of town, but I know we had quite a bit of rain.
Dumb question, but with all the spam hitting this overall set of forums, is this still the primary place to discuss SATN or has that changed? If the latter, any pointer on where to go instead? Thanks!

However, be careful what you might say over there. Might get banned if you're not PC.
Thanks! Yeah, I'd found that but wasn't sure whether it had any more traction than here. I'll keep an eye on both as well as the Facebook group.
I've used this thread as a reference a few times so I'm bumping it to the first page.
A crack team of South Austin riders would like to invite you to The Big Southie, a fun ride linking the various trails in the South Austin Trail Network.
If you didn't click the link, go back. It has all the info you need.
Date: 3/7 (rain date 4/4)
Time: 9AM rollout
Where: Dick Nichols parking lot.
Route: Consists of three loops about 15-20 miles each. You can ride the loops in any order or only do the ones you want. GPX files are posted on the site and maps will be available soon.
This is a self supported RIDE not a RACE. There is no registration and no awards (although there might be some finisher swag). Our goal is for everyone to have fun and learn some new trail.
We HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY encourage you to join a ride call to learn the routes. The trails are not well marked by the city and we will not be flagging the entire route. GPX files and maps are great but they are not a substitute for a pre-ride. Ride calls will be posted to the site and to Mojo.
