Please join GHORBA for our monthly ride at Huntsville State Park this Sunday morning. The ride will start at 9:15 a.m. at the Interpretive Center just past the ranger station. Huntsville is a great place for beginners to learn a little about roots, sand and rolling hills. Some of us will be completing snip-and-clip of face slappers as we ride, so if you feel up to helping a little, bring some hand clippers with you to put in your Camelbak. Otherwise, just come to ride with everyone from GHORBA and Northwest Cycling Club. We will ride 1-3 laps depending on your level of riding ability....there will be groups of all levels!!

Directions: Take I-45 north from Houston. Go about 46 miles until you see the Sam Houston Statue in the distance (you can't miss it since it's about 100 feet tall!). Look for the brown park entrance sign and turn right off the highway. Turn left under the freeway and follow it into the park. You will find the Interpretive Center and the trail head just inside the ranger station.
