    Cool I'm BAAAAAAAACK

    Hey Guys and Gals,
Glad to be back in the swing or the ride of things. I know I haven’t been around much as of late. I’m sorry but I’ve been working at my “real” job. From day 1 it was straight into working overtime everyday, weekends and trips to El Paso and Dallas. I am only just now getting a break; things are starting to slow down, so I can catch my breath and start to live my “real” life again.
Many thanks to my partners especially Skid for taking up the slack. He has been pulling double shifts almost every week to keep us up and running.
A big thanks and many kudos to RidenFool for the new “easy way up”. He did it all by himself during my work enforced absence. Its awesome – I have yet to go up Fat Chucks since he worked his magic. He also did a ton of work on BlackTrak, and it rides like a dream too!!
Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t given up riding, and Mrs. Boomer makes me go for a ride at least once a week, ‘cause if I don’t, I’m a bigger as*hole than usual.
But I really have missed all of my friends and “fans”, and I want to thank you all so much for your loyalty to Rocky Hill Ranch.
January and February have been very lean months for us with the bad weather and rain especially the last two weekends when we would have expected business to start picking up. Not all bad though, ‘cause the trails really needed a good soaking, so they are in great shape now – good and fast. But we really need riders out in order to pay the rent to the landowner. (Sorry for the whiney bit!)
With that in mind, I am trying to get a good group ride going this weekend (3/4). I was thinking about Saturday morning, wheels down at about 10AM or whatever time suits most. If I’m good between now and then, maybe I can sweet-talk Mrs. Boomer into covering the shop, and we can hit the trails.

Welcome back....I'm also back too!!!! but I don't see to much action going on in here.
May you have warm words on a cold evening, a full moon
on a dark night and the road downhill all
    the way to your door.

Thanks for posting Boomer. I'll get a NWCC ride together soon and we'll take advantage of all the awesome trail work ya'll have done. Thanks for making the climb up to Fat Chuck's easier.

Unfortunately not many people post on the Houston site.

I might be convinced to go on that ride. No leg markings though.
Snoopy was getting old. Had to put him down.

I just e-mailed the photo yesterday and haven't talked to them since last week. I need to call today.
