    Who's going to Camp Eagle?

Anyone going to the race/festival labor day weekend?

I checked out the other mojo threads about it and it sounds like a fun place. Anyone been yet? Know how long it takes to get there from Houston?

    Hey Lisa,

I might be there. It depends on my work schedule. It'd be good to see you again.

I'm still trying to decide whether to make the trip - it's a long way for 10.5 miles of trail, but I need to get a break from Houston and I've been toying with the idea of racing. It looks like there's a lot to do there and I could stop and ride Comfort on the way home Monday, too.

I hope to go and hope to see you there!

Don't forget, we'll also be celebrating Ryan and Susan's wedding anniversary!

You should race, Lisa. If I race this series it will probably just be Lake Bryan and Huntsville.

Oh yeah! I forgot about Ryan and Susan's anniversary. That'll be a good time.

I'm not too committed to racing - haven't been on my mtn bike enough. It depends on how preriding goes. I kind of hate to have to take it easy to save my race legs before Sunday, and it sounds like it's going to be hard to take it easy on that trail (climbing, technical challenge). That's one reason I'd like to go on Friday and enjoy the riding then take it easier on Saturday.

Sounds like you're going? Are you going up Saturday? Have you been there yet?

Ryan and Susan are coming, even though it's their anniversary. They love us too much to miss the fun. and we bribed them with a good room.

anyway, we're about five hours from the west side of houston.

if ya'll have questions, feel free to email me: sarah@campeagle.org

    Thanks,

    sarah

I haven't been there yet and am not looking forward to such a long drive. I don't think I'll be able to be there until saturday. I have monday off so won't have to rush home sunday. I doubt I'll race this one but I am thinking of doing the closer to home races.
