    MP/Urban ride sunday

Dewayne will be in town this weekend and wants to ride MP. Anyone want to meet up with us at the park for a ride through the trails and maybe down the bayou? We may need a guide, I don't know the area well enough. I'd hate to get an Austin boy lost in Houston.

    Damn!

Man, I told D that when he came to Houston and called a ride at Memorial Park that I would go. Now I have another commitment that day. Bummer. I'm supposed to do a long road ride followed by a swim & eat get together, partly in my honor - several people had birthdays on the same day this month and it was a good excuse for a party. Kind of hard to get out of.

Are you guys going to ride Saturday morning? I'd like to do an offroad ride then.

BTW, you might want to try posting up on the smack site to see if anyone wants to ride Sunday - that's the only Houston site that seems to get much action. I checked out the GHORBA forum and that's even more dead than this Houston mojo one. Might be worth a try though.

    Hey Mel & D,
I am planning on riding my cross bike from home to MP on Sunday morning. Specialized is holding a Demo day at the park from 7:30-11

I am wanting to test ride an epic, but I'd be game to go urban with you afterwards.

Despite the trails being closed due to rain, it was a fun ride. Always fun to see that part of the city from a bicycle. Great riding and hanging with you guys.

Sorry I missed ya'll. I was in SA with family but did get in a psuedo ride at MAC Sunday AM. That place still is the speed loop.

I'll be at Huntsville this weekend (working there Thursday and Friday) and riding Sunday. I hope get the new trail section open and then start working on the rooty hill reroute.

    D. You're gonna love the flow of the new stuff.
Snoopy was getting old. Had to put him down.
