    Any good trails near Tomball?

Going to visit family & was wondering if there is anything to ride in the Tomball area. Will also be going into Katy.

There are a few that are a short drive from both. Check out our map to see, and the rest of the site for details.

Sorry I didn't see this post sooner. I live in Tomball and ride Cypresswood at least twice a week. You can do an out and back with loops and get in 10-11 miles. When are you here?

Not sure when we are going now. We were supposed to be going down there this weekend, the 9th through the 11th, but something has come up, so now it is looking like the weekend of the 30th, but that is not definitive. What type of trail is Cypresswood, as far as difficulty, technicality, & features?

Cypresswood is a fairly easy trail. Lots of tight twisty sections, a few dips, lots of roots and a bmx area. It is a two way trail so call out on blind corners.
