I've been riding Cameron for a while, sorry for not writing, rode Cameron tonight... after the rain... (nite ride) still seemed rather dry, had a blast! Roots are slippery.

    Trails were good.

Batcave finally took me down today. Nice inch long gash on the shin and some assorted bruising. Maybe the doc was right about the sinus infection throwing off my balance.

Large tree blocking powerline where the seecond part of kidney enters.

I keep putting it back, but somebody keeps moving it. If it isn't the rangers, maybe we could embed the tree just a little and maybe build a little bridge over the log at one end.

    It's not this big, but...

Hope nobody minds, but I cleared out a line yesterday so that powerline is at least rideable.

    Trails were sweet.

Any rain (or more of this humidity) and it looks like the DGRs will be back.

Ahhhh, Fall. The leaves are falling, the poison ivy is turning red, and it's still hot and humid.

Large tree down on dead river near the bottom.

The wind knocked some trees down. Tree down on dead river, might be the same one. Lots of bamboo down at the entrance to Cal 56. Various other limbs and sticks on the trails all over.

Rangers cleared Dead River by the time I got to it Tuesday night.

No problems Wednesday except for a few small limbs here and there.

Started marking a new trail off of Outback today that starts at the log crossing and will go to somewhere by the top of lean-to.

    Get out and ride.

Trails were really nice tonight. A few logs and branches here and there but I didn't come across any major trail blockages.

The leaves add a little extra fun to the already dry and dusty trail conditions.

We cleared some of the new outback outthere trail. It is an out and back at the present. Leaves outback around the log crossing.

Beautiful night for a ride. Full moon. Brisk north wind.

Few branches here and there but didn't encounter anything major.

Rode the new trail extension off of Outback today. Nice little addition. You can get to it by following the powerline at the top of Lean-to or at the log on Outback.

Tuesday at 1 some folks are going out to start working on the trail off of the powerline between the culvert and Lean-to.

Worked on the trail from the culvert to lean-to today. Put in a temporary connector down the hill from the culvert to the trail until a bridge can be built. Then hopefully the trail won't go on the powerline cut at all. It is an out and back.
