Trails are in excellent shape after this weeks rain.

I wish I could say the same about me though I did lose 8lbs. Couple more rides like that and I'll be under 200lbs.

    Sunday, July 23

It was almost cold this morning at 7.

Trail is dry and dusty. Big surprise.

Be careful out there. Found a pile of logs and sticks in the middle of the trail at the top of California by the parking area. Didn't look like they got there naturally.

The trails are in pretty good shape. Few branches and stuff here and there.

Trails are really dry. Some places that I've never seen have problems are getting blown out.

Trails are in winter shape; they almost look like somebody groomed them.

Tree down at the bottom of Cliff's Cliff.

Trails are dry and covered in leaves. Made riding in the dark kind of interesting.

Branches are down everywhere. Lawson is nearly blocked half way down. Low tree on Shyst right before the split (around Little Lock 'em Ups).

What are the trail conditions? Does anyone know if WBC will have their 2pm ride tomorrow?

The trails should be fine as long as another idiot doesn't drive down them.

I'm sure someone will be there for the club ride.

The trails are in excellent shape though there are a lot of leaves.

Few wet spots on the river trail.

    1.7" of rain Friday night

That makes over 3" in the last week. Cloudy all day today(Sat).

The trails were still a little damp on Thursday so I would imagine sometime Monday before they should be ridden at all.

Get out and ride before the rain hits again.

Trails were in excellent shape. Few slick spots here and there.

Tree down on Cliff's cliff. Please walk over and don't create a new trail straight down the fallline.

Watch out for the down tree on Lawson.

Nothing like drifting at 25mph going down Colorado.

"New trail" was blocked and a new tech feature was added.

Watch out for the down tree on Lawson.
Someone also trimmed the tree back some.

Also of note, the switchbacks at the cedar bridges on Cal56 were reworked, and I've noticed some other little things moved/fixed. Good job, whoever it is.

    Conditons are marginal.

    Muddy in spots.

The flat upland sections and the brown dirt are tacky to muddy.

    River trail is pretty dry???

Ride in control: no skidding, if you spin out on an up just walk the rest, etc.

    Thumbs up Perfect

My bike was cleaner after the ride than before I started it.

Hope everyone got out for a ride yesterday.

The trail gnomes have been at work agian. They put in a reroute at the top the Cali56 climb around the steep section with the root at the top.
