Trails are mostly dry. Leaves hither and yonder.

Parts of the race course might be marked? Otherwise, there is someone going crazy with orange surveyor tape.

Log down at the bottom of the big picnic dip. Bypass in the planning for the little dip?

Bunch of wizards, warlocks and witches throwing stuff at each other.

Official rainfall for yesterday was only .07".

The yard is dry so I imagine the trails are too.

Easy line put it around the Powerline/Kidney climbs. They also cleaned up the middle Kidney section for the race.

Friday going to work on the little dip on picnic.

    Today's Trailwork

Put in a wider line on the little dip on Picnic. Goes around the rocks/roots though you can still take that line.

Reworked the bottom of the powerline climb to connect to the new trail. Blocked the section from the bottom of the climb to the Kidney climbs.

Also put in a new access to Powerline from the Mouth of Bosque road. Blocked off the old rocky/rooty entrance.

    Holy tight switchbacks, Batman!

The top part of Cliff's Cliff has been redone. The new entrance is about 40 yards past the old one.

There were three trees down on Powder Monkey between the bottom of the hill after the foundation and Weber's Run on Sunday.

Trails are in good shape. Very few wet/muddy areas.

They were fine this morning and so far we haven't had any rain today.

    What's the matter with people?

Saw quite a few tire tracks and a few riders coming out of the woods yesterday.

Buy a road bike if you have to ride so bad.

How's CP looking for this weekend 4/7/07? Fine if no more big rain?

I would think that most trails would be OK today after three dry warm days. The best chance of rain is Tuesday night which should not affect the weekend.
