    They blew that forecast.

The cold front is moving thru now. Temps in the mid 50's with light drizzle.

Unless it starts pouring, I'm hitting the trails around 8.

I hate when a plan falls apart.

I got to the trails around 8:30 just as the rain started to come down. I was going to ride for a few anyway, but when I got out I heard a hissing sound. I had picked up a sheat metal screw on the drive down. Decided I really didn't want to risk having to change a tire in a dirt parking lot in the rain so I decided home was a better option. Barely made it back to the house before it went completely flat.

A lot of puddles on the roads, and the trails looked wet. Wet leaves, a little mud and damp rocks ought to make for some fun tree ping pong.

Trails were decent yesterday(Sunday 12-16). They should be just about perfect this afternoon.

Quite a few logs(River trail) and sticks.

The trails are a wee bit slick with all the leaves and not quite being totally dry.

Trails are in good shape. There are a few greasy spots and some DGRs.

Trails were OK. I skipped some of the rocky stuff, but not sure I needed to.

Trails are looking good. Suppose to be great weather this weekend.

Does it look like the trails are dry enough to ride on Monday (01/21)?

Does it look like the trails are dry enough to ride on Monday (01/21)? I've been out of state the last couple weeks so haven't kept up on the weather. I know the trails are still too wet down here in Austin but am hoping they're dry up there.

    Thanks.

Trails were perfect on Sunday. Chance on rain on Monday though.

It really hasn't rained much. The rocks are going to slick until the wind can dry them up, but I imagine the trail is in great shape right now.

I rode last night. The trails are in great shape, slightly tacky. The River trail is just a little wet in a few spots.

Trails are about like always. There was quite a bit of blow down around -- a nice head remover on Colorado (I think Loco removed it.)

Looks like Waco got 2 inches or so Saturday. Do any locals know what the chances of Cameron Park being rideable Monday late afternoon are?

We rode today, with the Waco Bicycle Club. Some muddy spots on the river that were easy to go around, everything else was "tacky". Nothing real bad, the upper trails were all practically dry from the wind/sun.

I'll probably be out there Monday afternoon.

Is the course for the Bicycles Outback Blowout marked yet? I'm hoping to drive up this weekend from Austin for my first taste of Cameron Park.
