    Saturday night

We have been getting some showers. The trails were pretty dry so they are probably about perfect right, but anymore rain will probably push them over the limit.

    Wednesday Evening

Trails were in great shape tonight.

The river trail is now open from the Redwood Shelter to Twin Bridges -- Lover's leap is still closed and the trail that runs under it.

    Twin bridges is open.

They are replacing all the walls with metal fencing like at circle point. I guess since that's the biggest section it's taking a long time.

Trails are in great shape. Lots of DGRs and green dirt.

Don't know how many ride Thor, but there was a huge rock on the right side line right after the first drop. Not a good place for it.

    Saturday noon

Trails were bone dry when I started at noon, but we had quite a downpour around 1.

IF we don't get anymore rain, they'll be good tomorrow.

Yeah the showers are truly widely scattered this time. I got a ride in at BLORA from about 1130 to 1245 and it just started sprinkling after I got the bike loaded back up. Not a drop of rain in Killeen.

    Should We Go?

Thinking of Coming up from Austin for Saturday. We'd like to check out the new Big Cedar stuff in Dallas, then hit Cameron at around 2PM. Any idea what conditions are likely to be?

It just depends...when I started today everything was dry, then the rain hit and it was sloppy within 30 minutes, but I imagine the trails are fine right now.

It's only ten minutes off I35 to the trails so I would suggest just checking it out.

The bike club has a Sunday ride that starts at 2pm from the Redwood shelter.
