Hiked the trail today thinking it would be to wet to ride, and I was so wrong. The trail was nice and packed with wet spots here and there. River trail was wet as always. Trails should even be better by tommorrow.
yeah they both said it should be good to go.....so go
Definitely rideable...lots of DGR and a few muddy spots
Tacky is an understatement--more like riding thru rubber cement.
Should be perfect by Wednesday if we don't get any more moisture.

Trails are looking alot better then Sunday. River trail is still tacky in places. Just about everything I rode today was in perfect shape.
I rode on Thursday afternoon and the trails were great.
No rain since.

Planning on a trip down there Feb 10th (wednesday). Hope the weather cooperates...

So are you guys s`poda get this nasty weather we`re about to get? I know it`s not THAT far south but sometimes a front has a strongly defined line that will miss surrounding areas...

Trials were really nice at 12:15.
Probably a bit slick at 12:45.
They should be able to take some rain without much problem at all. Only sticky spots were on the River Trail.

We have got a bunch of rain. An inch or two of standing water in the yard.
Sunday may be possible if it stops early tomorrow.

I will be glued to the weather channel. It`s *supposed* to stop early tomorrow, cold saturday, decent sunday. If it`s ridable I`ll head down sunday around noon. Takes just over an hour to get there...

A record rainfall of 3.41 inches was set at Waco yesterday. This
breaks the old record of 1.63 set in 2006.
The 3.41 inches that fell on January 28th not only set a daily
maximum rainfall for the day but also broke the record daily maximum
rainfall for any day in January. The old record was 3.21 inches set
on January 16 2004.

Will it even be worth my time to drive down there tomorrow?

3" of rain on Thursday...1" of rain on Friday...very cold and only a little sun today
Not sure if it is even worth the 10 minute drive to see.

Has anyone been out to the trails to see if they are drying out.
Some puddles on powder monkey. Mix master is flooded. Lots of mud.
