Creeks are flowing...mix master and bottom of shyst/sidewinder/dead river. Bunch of DGRs.
Trails otherwise are in good shape.

No rain in a week. Mix Master is still muddy. River trail is underwater in spots...It'll be weeks before they drop the flow of the Brazos.

Wumpus, I am renting a house in Cameron park Friday-Monday and will be riding 75 of so miles out there. Are there any trails damaged or too muddy to ride on right now and do you have a recommended route I should take?
I am going to download the Race loop off of strava to ride that at least a few times in hope that the loop will be the same for this year's race. Other than that, I don't want to miss a nice flowy loop that I can take friends and family on.
The trails are great. As long as the Friday forecasted rain doesn't hit, everything is good.
I don't know if this is followable, but this is a typical ride. https://ridewithgps.com/trips/8140662

Rocks gonna be slick in the morning. Gonna get wet, too.

Monday: Trails are good. Brown dirt trails are a little sticky(Upper Shyst, Torquer etc.) Roots and rocks are dry except for Highlander which was a wee bit slick.
Getting a little rain Monday evening.

The trails are not quite "EAT MY DUST!" dry, but they are getting close. To make up for that though, there are plenty of sections of Eat an Annoying White Flying Bug to be had.
