    Been a long time

    since I rode Cameron and I plan to stop in on Friday on the way to Arlington. Any pointers? I'd like to do a couple of hours and would like to see as much as I can. Thanks in advance. cya...

    You could try the xterra loop. The river trail is blocked between hale bop and twin bridges by a rock slide. You could go down highlander and come back up hale bop. Maybe down drainpipe and up twin bridges to the river trail to get back to redwood. Here's the map...http://www.xterraplanet.com/uploaded...acoMap2010.pdf

    When did that happen? I rode all of the River Trail on Thursday and except for a short hike-a-bike(30ft?) around the old slide it was not blocked.

    I haven't ridden the area around the rock slide in awhile. Last I heard it was still determined to be unstable. Sorry for the misinformation.

    All the cliffs seem to be pretty unstable this year in particular especially between the mouth of the Bosque and Hale Bop. Probably best to avoid the river trail after any major rain events.
