He was the officer that came around to all the Elementary Schools for the Bike Rodeos.

Then when you got older, you would cruise the Frontier Drive-Ins on Austin Hwy and Broadway.

And in the summer time, you would sneak into the El Antonio at night for a swim.

And, if you didn't have a driver's license, you would ride your bike to school, and on the weekends for fun, ride to Northeast Preserve and ride the paved trails, and occasionally, to Stinky Falls for a short swim before heading back hom.

Wasn't the Chinese graveyard by the haunted ghost tracks, down by Mission Espada? I can't think of anything off Zarzamora (which now looks nothing like it did before since Toyota has come in).

Loved Little Hipps! Used to hang out at Little Hipps after class with one of my college profs, a girlfriend and her mom (they were in same class) and a few other students.

I also miss GW JUNIORS, not as good as Little Hipps, but on a college student's budget you couldn't beat their greasy burgers.
