don't you dare. don't you dare sully the Ride and Imbibe moniker with this road bike ride in drag. a few miles of olmos in addition to a mostly road cruise is great. but it aint no R&I!!! call a *dirt* ride and stay around and (covertly) drink a beer or two or six. Its about the closest one can get to in S.A. to a R&I night and get more than 3 peeps. Its not like we live in Austin...

I'd like to do a R&I over at OP but I doubt there would be much turnout.Although I remember seeing a mexican rest. right off bandera going back towards 1604 on the right side I believe right past Old Prue. maybe they have margaritas?

I think whoever calls the ride can name the ride, unless there are copyright or trademark issues.
I plan on riding from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm or so. I am more interested in the ride part than in the imbibe part since I've covered the latter over the last seven days straight. I should be at BikeWorld and/or the Olmos Basin by 6:00 pm to 6:05 pm. Where are you guys leaving from and where will you be when?
Raise your skill level to the level of the trail, don’t bring the level of the trail down to your riding level.

Woo woo, since I called the ride its MY ride...
Sandy, the prob w/ Op is most peeps want to start at 7 and ride for a few hours and most don't have HID'sso its been more of an urban flavor.
John I can meet ya at 6 at BW then meet Nicky at Olmos or just all meet at Olmos. How 'bout Tony?

Wish I could have joined ya'll, but the rear D is shot. Ordering a new one tomorrow.
You don't need a HID to ride night anywhere. Just wear pads.
