Eve, my ride, got her vacation canceled by the capitalistic swine she works for. So that leaves 3 of us scrambling for a ride.

If anyone has room, let me know. I have a lot to bring; sweat lodge, which requires a lot of wood, and camping crap.

I'm the nicest of the three without a ride, so fuck the rest. I promise not to shit my pants and make the car smell like old man.

I'm expecting my brotha John to pipe up pretty soon..........

    Richard,

I'm picking up Melanie and her wood in Houston and heading back west to Terlingua Wednesday evening, I believe. Technically, I can carry five bikes, five people, their gear, wood, and your tent in my BAT, i.e. Big Ass Truck. It's a crew cab, super duty, long bed, F350 with a camper shell and a two bike rack. If need be, I can pull my trailer to carry the wood and other stuff.

That'd put three people in my back seat, which is quite big, but doesn't negate the fact that someone will have to sit in the middle. Oh, and one other factor to consider: I just listed the truck on Auto Trader for sale.

Let me know what you think.

You told me it was every man for himself, so I lined up a ride on January 1st.

Raise your skill level to the level of the trail, donít bring the level of the trail down to your riding level.

Don't mind me, I'm just along for the ride.

Sorry Richard. I thought that you were going with Eve so Fernando from Performance and his wife are hitching a ride with me. It's tight with 3 so I can't offer a ride. A friend of mine is going (see attached picture)that I have filmed(I love my job). Maybe you could ride with her.

Yep, I plan on going up. Haven't gone so far as to nail down specifics yet, but yeah, I'll be going.

    No worries Richard.

It will all work out. I can take 4 in my car (if I have to) as long as we have a support vehicle and trailer (ARE YOU READING THIS JEREMY).

As I said, no worries. We will get everyone, and everything there.. Right on time.

Looks like I'll be able to take that time off and would love to visit Mother Desert, if there is a ride to be found (have beer and whiskey, will travel).

We will be hanging out at the Camp Mojo. Just staying long enough to piss on Mr. Z's tent before going to our room.
