    Unhappy Trail massaging at Mac

As difficult as the trails are at Mac, I can only say thanks to whomever is making the bypasses around the most troublesome sections. Some of those roots across the trail were just getting too, too hard to go over. And to have to ride in between two tree trunks!! Or over, dare I say it, a log that's maybe 6 or 7 inches high!!Who could ride over that? I'll bring a fresh bag of cement this Saturday if someone wants to help fill in any remaining bumps out there; thanks again for making it a safer, easier and more pleasant ride.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just pave all of san antonio instead? Why stop at mac?

Someone was hacking what little was left at Olmos. On the Lodge Trail they took out a "log" that was about as thick as my arm, and widened trails that you could ride two abreast.

So TRUE! So when newbies start pm'ing or asking where certain trails are, the non-response, isn't directly related to them, but all the others who claim to wanna ride the trail, then sanitize to their riding abilities, and not for what the trail is!!

It's really bad out at OP. Just this week between Monday evening and Tuesday someone cleared some loose rocks sanitizing a place where I cross the creek.

not a bad idea...then everyone could ride safely and we wouldn't need rain, either...that's a win-win scenario if I ever heard one.

OP is in horrible shape. Last time I was out there (month or so) the creek area was completely gentrified. Hell, I saw an actual MB tour group putting around. The killer had to be the three guys in jeans and polo shirts down there and out for a ride. The Leon Concrete Highway is killing that place.

    Thank god for Salado.

Often....I find myself asking myself what I have learned from the journey....We are lucky to be here, on this beautiful planet. We are lucky to have the short amount of time that we are granted. And we are lucky that our beautiful planet hasn't killed us (yet).
