    The exception is Rancho Diana as it's located in Grey Forest. The residents like their community just like it is & that combined with the sensitivity of the property = no development.

    If it's managed by SAPARD why would the immediate neighbors (Grey Forest) have a veto over what the city at large wants to do with it's park lands?

    It's more about the squeeky wheel, not enough funding for every project and Grey Forest will never squeek loud enough to get their park in the budget

    They don't & that's not an issue with why it's not being developed I was just responding to Rider44's post.
