    Flat Rock Ranch trail conditions

@flatrockranch 3-11-12 the sun is out and drying trails. 2-3 in afternoon should be dry to ride. All north facing slops (like evil worm) will be tacky.

Words do not describe how much I miss your place Jimmy.

NC sucks...closest trails that are anything NEAR yours are 4 hours away.

You get stuck in Fayetville or something?

    Ugh, my condolences brother.

Much as my current home area ( NE PA ) doesn't have anything like FRR at least I have good trails, just different.

    Good luck.

Thanks...it's all good. Sad thing is is that there are plenty of trails (Mac-like) where I live, but the (even though they are public) 'Horse Mafia' has them in their pocket...

One has to drive a long way to get good trails...I often disappear for a weekend up in the Pisgahs, but that is a 3-4 hr drive...

Yeah, FRR is tough to beat. If I didn't have such an awesome job here (or find one in SA), I'd move back to TX...

I wish the weather was better this time around, but having trip come off makes me feel like it will happen again sometime.

Like they said in The Crow "can't rain all the time"

( but when it does there is CP ! )
