went for a warm up ride before the thursday night ride! i was about done when a stupid ass fat whale of a bitch decided to run a red light that she had stopped at. she came within inches of me and i hit the curb and a cement embankment in front of McDonald's. i went shoulder first then head. cracked my fairly new and unscathed trek helmet. worst of all, she sped off and i did not get up in time to get her plates. my shoulder is to shit and hopefully will heal for the 12 hour race this weekend! what sucks is that people saw what happened and no one asked if i was ok or even threw a fart my way. damn 09ers!!! if anyone sees an early 80's faded banana colored ltd with some fat ass mexican driving, throw her a finger and call her a puta! that is mas insulting!

Chief, I wish you a speedy recovery. Was the driver one of those blue hairs that looks at the road through the steering wheel? Those are the 09ers you really have to watch out for.
