I've been doing a lot of racing here in Austin. Wednesdays we have been holding a "short track" Mtb race at Walnut creek. I did the Urban assualt race about three weeks ago....totally fun. Yesterday I did a time trial at City Park, and today I did a single speed time trial at walnut creek. There wil be another Time trial in Two weeks at Muleshoe bend. Maybe you can make it...Maybe some of the "lurkers" can make it too.

This Wednesday there will be a short track race at Walnut Creek again. These are 25 min. +1 lap, races. They have been pretty intense. Av. speed 14.5-15.5 on grassy lumpy stuff.

Take it easy Joe, and everyone else that will read this and not write anything.

Or do you not have any toes? you lack-toes. Pretty amazing you can ride and run the way you do without any toes ;)
