several of us went down to the water for a post ride dip after Ride Like A Girl. way after dark one notices a large whitish figure approaching us and the water.
MOUNTAIN LION!
HOLY CRAP IT CAN'T BE!!!
another gets in her car and turns around to shine the lights on the creature - whitish, long curved tail with end up, tall and rambling, not really running away fast, but trrying to get out of the light.
I jump in my truck and Marty and I get on opposite sides to try and get a better look. I'm trying to head off the escape path while being careful to NOT drive into the lake. Marty has her camera out. the creature finally stops as we get closer and have sort of trapped it on a point.
