Anyone live in Pearland?

I live in Silverlake and get to ride the road (granted, short rides) a lot more than the trails. I see a lot of roadies out here, but usually when I'm in my car. Any mojos live out this way, or does anyone know if there's a club that rides here?

I live over off the Tollway and Blackhawk. I just moved there, so I haven't expanded my road knowledge beyond riding the Tollway access road west about 15 miles out/15 back.

I know there's got to be some good pave around there. There are some maps here, www.bikebarntexas.com click on Space City Cycling Club, but I'm not familiar w/ any of the roads. There was also the Tour de Braz out of Alvin so there's good routes not all that far away.

You live about 10 min from my office. You prolly already know this part, but you're about 15 min from some so-so trail at Frankie Carter Randolph in Friendswood. I rode there Saturday. Hoping to get back to Jack Brooks Park (about 30 min from here) pretty soon.

I have about a 9-mile road loop in Silverlake that works pretty well, tho it's starting to get stale. When I get the time I'll try to get out to one of the longer SCCC rides.

AH HA! You fell into my pit :D Anyway, besides bike barn, check out the Brazos county cycling site. The link is bunk right now. The Houston Bicycle club also does some things that way. Oh, and Wolf Pak racing is out there too, their website is also bunk right now. I've done some rides out of UH-Clear Lake and Baytown before. I've still got some maps of them, if ya'll like, I can see about finding them and getting them scanned.
