Ride Leaders Needed for Muleshoe Ride this Saturday, 08/23

I need some women to help be ride leaders this Saturday at the Muleshoe Ride. Debbie and Angela are going to be doing the HotterNHell 100.

Please post here and let me know if you're coming out to do the ride and can be a ride leader.

Hi Dawn,
I'm planning on going to the ride. What does being a ride leader entail? It's a loop, right? So hopefully, we won't be getting lost. :) I can volunteer to ride in front or back if that's what you need. Or, if we have enought to break into groups, I could do the medium speed group. Let me know!

The ride starts at ~ 9:00.

Not too much to being a ride leader - make sure no one in the group you're leading gets dropped. Help with mechanical problems. The ride leader should know the trail so they don't get their group lost. Muleshoe is easy since it's a continuous loop.

In the beginner group, I like to have a sweep. The advanced group doesn't usually have a sweep.

If you are in a bind for ride leaders, we can make him an honorary girl, we'll lead the fast group. ;)

Just wanted to say sorry I missed this ride! I am not always good at the alarm clock/get out of bed early thing... I'm sure y'all had a blast. I'm on my way out there now. I've been wanting to do Muleshoe for awhile!
