i might be down for blockhouse on sunday. as long as it's not too windy. i'm still a little sore from crashing a dirtbike on turkeyday. so i'd be taking it pretty easy. oh, how i hate step-ups.

nothing major. we went out and tried to build some bigger jumps, for bikes with no pedals. the landing for our step up has a turn as soon as you land. i tagged a little coming up the step up and got squirrely. washed the front tire, tried to correct and high-sided the bike. which as we all know will buck you off pretty damn fast. my shoulder is super stiff. i can still ride ok though.

We went out to the Blockhouse jumps after work today. How fun! Does anyone know who built those up?

9th street locals are getting anal about mtn bikers, they put up a new sighn telling everybody where the toys r us jumps and saying that all mtn bikers should ride there. if ur at 9th just watch urself and offer to dig when there digging, just let there shit talking go in one ear and out the other

guy on the rightt is Doug Crowell...aka Doug E Fresh...bmx pro...homo...so so...

mtbikers re fine at ninth as long as you build up divets and know how to ride the right way... its all good

Is it kinda like when you go to a golf course and take out a big divet, you're supposed to stomp it back in?

yeah...if you "mess up" a jump....by casing or scraping it with something etc, you should fill it in and stomp on it for show at least... at 9th, its frowned upon not to fill your divets...
