For anyone not racing and wanting to do some paydirt trail work, I'll be at Jim Hogg Park ready to head to the work area at 2 PM. Plan on 4 hours of work.
Directions from I-35: To Jim Hogg Park take I-35 north to exit 261A, Lake G-town/Sun City/Andice/Granger/2338/Williams Dr. Turn left on Williams Dr. Go about 5 to 5.5 miles and turn left on Jim Hogg Road. This will lead you straight to the park. Tell the gate attendant you're doing trail work; and he'l tell you where to park.
From 183: Take 183 north out of Austin. Go through Seard Junction and across the Notrh San Gabriel River. Turn right onto CR 3405. Take this about 7.5 mile to CR 2338 at the "T" intersection. Turn right. Go about one mile and turn right onto Jim Hogg Road. Follow this to the park. Tell the gate attendant you're doing trail work; and he'l tell you where to park.
