Hafa adai members and friends!

Well, just when I thought I'd had enough multi-sport activity to last
through the summer...along comes Mark Cruz to remind me that we have an
off-road duathlon on our event calendar. I was just about ready to
cancel this because of the copious amount of work I had when Mark
convinced me that we should just do it "no frills" style. I'm convinced.

So, this Sunday will be a simple, no-frills, duathlon consisting of 3
laps around the HTB course at Mt. Alutom, followed by a not-quite 5k
run. Participants in our Xticer race will be familiar with this course
as it is in the same area (at the top of Nimitz Hill).

Registration fees are as follows: FREE to GTF members. $5 for
non-members. Forms will be available at Hornet Sports on Wednesday,
4/28.

Get your mountain bikes ready and I'll see you at the KADUKU DU this
Sunday.
