I thought I remember seeing a picture of a homemade headset cup press. If so, could you post it again, along with the supplies need to build it?

the PVS pipe is 1" with those cuts made to flare out the end. this pops out thje old cups. one long ass bolt (the bigger diameter, the better), two hugs asss nuts, and some thick ass washers.

do one cup at a time. no grease on the cup skirts. and get those labels lined up and looking pretty.
