So many of you ask "how do i get in shape quick?" Well, I have an answer for you. You go out riding for along time at least once a week possibly twice a week. So, tomorrow Grubbs and I will be going for a 5 to 6 hour ride leaving around 2:30. We will meet up with the KOW (king of wednesday) group at the shop at 6:15 and joining in on that ride as well. So if you want to get some miles in tomorrow, join us at the fountain.
