Attention current and Future ROAD RACERS (and mountain bikers who want to train on road bikes... recommended...)- I am going out for a medium to fast paced 40-50 mile ride, leaving from the fountain mall at 5 30 pm thursday, 9/9. I hope to average around 18 mph alone, but depending on who shows up we can go faster or slower. If we geta big 'ol group out there we can even practice our drafting strategy!
Also on Saturday morning a group of us are going on a long slow 70-75 mile ride at 8 am from the fountain. This is an excellent way to start buidling a mile base and some leg strength so you can begin more rigorous training.
It's time to get ready! Go check out the upcoming races!
