Me and a friend are gonna hit some outside trails this Sunday and I'm trying to decide between the two trails. I think Muleshoe is closer, but is Warda worth the drive? And how much of a drive is it? Any input is appreciated.
Rocky Hill is down by Warda. I think some SA Mojos are hitting that Sunday.

I think you'd enjoy BCR (aka Warda.) It's about 10 miles long, twisty, with some loose rock and sand, short drops and climbs, and two three sections to watch for: Oh Shit, Gas Pass, and Mule Trace. Just ask whoever's taking your money about them. The Nolan's are friendly people.
They have a great camping area AND two indoor (& clean) showers for use by ranch users.
And as Jay said, RHR is just down the road. That trail is a little more difficult with options for a 10- or 16-mile loop.
