Check the upcoming races page.. LOTS of racing to be done... all you non-racers come out for the rides too.. they are fun, exciting, and fun.

Leaving fountain mall at 2 pm for a slow road recovery ride, about 2 hrs long (anyone is welcome and no one will be dropped)

Gonna hit the trails later in the week for sure... gotta let them dry out a little more.

Not happening... toooo much to catch up on after the race this weekend... however, someone else post up about riding today and everyone go out and spin the wheels!

Heading out about 4-4.30 for a 20 mile pace ride if anyone wants to join then. We're trying to get faster in the flats, so we'll be doing quick sprints intervals. Be good if one of you boys could come out and pace us! Post up if you can come so I know to meet you's at the fountain

No riding for me on Tuesday... it's my hell day. BUT meeting is at 9 pm at the CUB in the SUB... everyone come on out!

Wednesday will be a big 'ol day. I would ride trails but since the weather looks good and all you roadies are posting on the the forum, I will do my usual road routine. I want to go out at 4 pm for a slower warm-up to the King of Wednesday. (if you dont know what that is look at "week 7" and find wednesday) I will return to the fountian by 5 15 to take anyone who couldnt make it to the 4 pm slow ride out to the bike shop for KOW. Let's represent! It's a great way to get introduced to high paced rides and riding in a group!

All are welcome, regardless of skill level.

Leaving from the fountain at 4:15 pm, will be out for 2 hrs (others may stay longer...)

I'm doing a road ride today, about 45 miles with some hills if anyone wants to join. Leaving fountain at 3. Should be back by 6, depending on how much of a brick wall the wind is.
