Dogs are always going to happen whereever you go. Try heading out U Parks for a bit. There's some nice routes out that way. Check if they've fixed up the 360 U Parks intersections yet. There's some routs off a road called Tinsley st, and Moonlight rd, and HWY 77, and my fav 40 mile route over a hill I call "Dragon". Get a map if you can, so you can see roughly what I"m talking about. I'd take you out there and show you (You've done Tinsley to I35, then back along Moonlight before with me, that was about 20 miles) but I'm back in Aust now.

I think you can avoid that country road if you just keep going on mlk... all the way staright until you have to turn right at the damn... take a left when you get to the road that corcles the aiport... then take a left instead of right at the end of that back section where u go fast... go along that road for a long time pass many intersections, youll follow it around some curves... then youll find yourself at china spring, take a right, its like 5 miles back to the familiar airport... and you can go all the way to mlk on china springs to avoid the dog place... that is a 30 mile loop... but lindsay is right, dogs are everywhere!
