They are working on the road behind the airport. It was nothing but mud from the radar tower/Airport park entrance to Rock Creek Road. Quite entertaining. Glad I left the cross tires on.

sure thing! have you ridden bikes a lot before? today ill be at the Vara Martin Daniel Plaza (to the lft of the SUB, viewing it from the front). Todays ride is a simulated "race" so it will eventually get kind of intense for about 15 miles. and tomorrow we are still trying to figure out when/where we'll meet. Glad to have you aboard!

meet at fountain mall (next to the SUB) at 10 am. Googe and me will be starting together instead of apart. I have a 4-5 hour ride to do, so people can stay for the whole shibang or drop out whenever- the route will probably pass back through once or twice. Moderate pace with some sprint fun here and there!

It would be cool to find someone to ride with at Cameron Park that knows the trails. My family is coming up today, so this weekend will be pretty busy except for Sunday. Anyways, I just wanted to try and get to know some people around here and introduce myself.

No, I stopped by the shop (Bicycle Outback?) a couple of weeks ago when I first moved here. I was looking for a shop and noticed it was the only one, but it looked like it's the only one Waco needs. :D Do you guy's ever go to downhill events where there are jumps and stuff? When I was racing BMX my team manager was telling me about them and wanted me to race. I am unfamiliar with how mountain bike events work. This is awesome though, I was thinking I was going to be bored when I am not studying but now I will be ripping through the trails with you guy's. I think I emailed you David? when I first found the site at 3 in the morning the other day. LOL Look forward to meeting you guy's.

Our conference doesn't really have downhill stuff mostly cross-country races. The cross-country races are still fun and if you want to get your kicks doing some downhill you could go up to Mountain Bike nationals in Pennsylvania I know there'll be some downhill there. My background is from racing A Pro Bmx. I have ridden down the river trail and that is about it. Sme of the trails look awesome though from what I have seen.
